Login fields in Lightbox not detected / shortcut not working

Problem:
When the login fields are loaded via Ajax in a lightbox, KPH does not detect the fields automatically. Pressing ALT+SHIFT+P says "unable to find a password field".

Workaround:
Pressing "Redetect credential fields" detects user and password field.

Feature Request:

1. Detect ajax requests and parse resulting website again and/or add a shortcut for "Redetect credential fields"
2. Change shortcut for "fill user+pass" to something other than CTRL+SHIFT+U (seems to be already fixed in KPH 1.0.10 which is not yet released for Firefox)
