Description
If an unknown user is causing problems, perform analysis of their messages (words, subjects, grammar, etc.) and compare it to other problematic users.
Low priority since I don't think this happens often, but we did recently get a user who apparently was a new account for a previous problematic user.
Not sure how feasible this is, but @Ffisegydd and @IntrepidBrit might be interested.
