Hi there,

I wrote to support 2 weeks ago to ask for help setting up our redirect_uri, since I can't do it via the web UI. No answer, except for an automated message.

Is support still active? Can I hope for an answer or should I start to think about moving to another service?

Sorry, I know devs aren't supposed to be concerned about this... I just don't know where to ask.
