next.js installation instructions wrong / outdated

The instructions state

cp framework/spree/.env.template .env.local

but it seems next.js upstream has meanwhile moved the template to packages/spree/.env.template

The related upstream commit seems to be

actually, not just the source path but also the destination path has changed: you now need to copy packages/spree/.env.template to site/.env.local ... the "root" directory of the repo is no longer the target!
