Predbat 1.4.0 Installation fails on Pi5

Issue Description

User is unable to reinstall Predbat add-on after installing GE EMS. Getting the following error during installation:

An unknown error occurred while trying to build the image for addon 6adb4f0d_predbat

Environment

• Platform: Raspberry Pi 5
• Architecture: aarch64 (arm64)
• Predbat Version: 1.4.0

Additional Context

From discussion in original issue, this appears to be related to:

• Docker build failures on ARM64 architecture
• Python dependency resolution issues
• Possible repository mirror connectivity problems
