Specify path to options and rules file

Is there a way to specify the path to these files, because I would like these configuration files to be in the user profile while dnsagent is installed globally.

The chocolatey package: https://chocolatey.org/packages/dnsagent puts the options.cfg and rules.cfg in a weird place: C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\dnsagent\tools
