Handle Input separately with array and dynamic inputs

Right now WASM with array inputs has costs/cycles of loading the input included in the cycle count. We need to find a way to just compute the base algo cost

One way is that we build different wasm with complex inputs inside them just passing one ideally integer param to proceed with

One way to definitely explore is if we can pass big inputs to WASMI's Host Store and use it later.
