Reorder not working as expected? #1396

Description

@stephenmeehanuk

I've set my collection to orderable (settings below), but when I click the reorder button the order of the entires changes?

This is unexpected behaviour. When I click the reorder button I would expect the existing order to remain until I change the order. The only way to restore the original order (before pressing the reorder button) is to press the three dot menu and edit collection.

Is this a known issue?
