Code commented out or mixed with text

Hi! I noticed that some chapters have code commented out or not put in a code block, and was wondering if this is intentional (e.g. not confirmed stuff)?

In particular, I'm referring to these 3 instances:

1. Chpt 07 last code block: all code were commented out, but seem to work just fine
2. Chpt 11 line 64-65: these code are actually in the text block
3. Chpt 13 line 155-162: same as Chpt 11, the code here are also in the text block
