Add README section on creating Atom feed

README should have info about nuzzle/atom-feed and how page keys integrate into the Atom feed. Should probably be a separate Markdown file than the README.

I'm going to hold off on this until #95 is done because I'm probably going to replace RSS feed generation with Atom feed generation and the semantics will be different.
