Add mission with real-world validator setup

We should add a mission with validator configurations that closely mirror how tier 1 validators are actually configured. That is, it should use both postgres, and have history archives enabled. This mission should be a simple smoke test that spins up the network, lets it run for a bit, then spins it down. This will help us catch issues before even deploying to futurenet.

It's important that we keep this mission up-to-date as validator configurations change.
