Installer: Add option to install for all users #150

Hello,
I have been looking at packaging your software to easily deploy it out to multiple PCs, but the installer installs into the users local appdata folder on windows rather than in a central program files location. And there's no option to change this behaviour.
Would you please consider adding an option to install fSpy for all users, and adding a command line switch e.g "/ALLUSERS" to also allow for this functionality on silent/quiet installs?
