I have managed to build fSpy for Sequoia by applying pull request #116, but without the HEIC support which has its own problems due to a buggy library. I've uploaded the dist folder to a dropbox here:

hope it works! I am NOT a programmer and it's a miracle I got it working. And mainly, thanks to coryoso for his work.
