We should not be reformatting the country code when saving it to addresses in Subscribe Pro

Issue

Addresses are not accepted back during order placement over OCAPI when the Country code is not sent as a two character code.

Client reports that country is US in their system, but when addresses are being created they are having the country set to UNITED STATES in SP.
