Comparing payment instrument sometimes fails when using a previously saved instrument

Issue

Job to create Subscription in Subscribe Pro fails

Steps to Reproduce

1. As a customer create a subscription order
2. Sync order to Subscribe Pro
3. Create a new subscription order choosing a new shipTo with a different Name from what was used on the original order
4. checkout using shipping as billing address.
5. Attempt to sync the subscription using the job
6. The job will fail.

This condition is evaluating to False:
