Interval options do not display when `Regular Delivery` is selected after page load.

Issue

I have a product that is setup to be available for One time delivery and Subscription. When the product detail page is loaded in One time delivery mode the selecting the Regular delivery radio does not cause the interval options to be displayed.

Expectation

When switching the radio buttons back and forth the interval options would be displayed and hidden based on selection.
