Bug: IDE - Diagnostics / Errors sometimes don't match or line up?

The best approach to reproduce this issue is to try it yourself. In the code editor, write bad code and see the behavior, it's not all that great. 

The ask for this issue is that we improve the overall quality of the error reporting in the code editor.
