Compile AnyCPU to enable usage on ARM #2
Description
Until now the platform specified in ManagedCUDA.targets is x64. There should be no reason not to use AnyCPU here. This would allow to used ManagedCuda on ARM plattforms as well, as long as suitable StubsForLinux are provided.
