Creating a signal group doesn't update the Signal Group integration card #731
Description
When creating a signal group in the integration settings, I see a toast that confirms that the group got successfully created, but the card still says "You don't have a Signal group connected.". Only after closing and reopening the ticker settings, I see the group details. I would expect this to be shown immediately after creating the group.
