Move MailCrypt key creation from Dovecot controller to EventListener or Authentication Handler #748
Description
Current check in DovecotController if MailCrypt keys are absent and should or should not be created, is too complicated.
This should be dealt in an EventListener or maybe in the AuthenticationHandler
