Help with TDLight Recommended Options Configuration #231

Hello,
I'm trying to configure the recommended TDLight options using send(SetOption). However, I encountered a few issues:
- The option "ignore_sensitive_content_restrictions" doesn't seem to be changeable by the user. Option "ignore_sensitive_content_restrictions" can't be changed by the user error appear
- I couldn't find any documentation or guidance on how to disable all databases (messages_db, users_db, files_db). Could you please advise on how to correctly implement this?
