Second successive dispatch doesn't remove the first #67
Description
If a second dispatch comes through before the first one has timed out, it kind of doesn't work right; namely, the CSS style doesn't reset. This can be fixed by calling clearDispatch() at the beginning of handleDispatch(). Let's get this done before merging dev to master.
