possibility to add gas consumption / fee as parameters

Can I set the fees or gas params at faucet ? I'm getting errors by this reason

@RaulBernal can you, please, tell us the values of ENV variables you're using, and can you make sure that the account used by the faucet has funds.

i am referring to this issue too. if network reque fee to proceed tx (not 0), this faucet wont work. when u sending assets, for example
