Add permission annotation for importer document access

We should implement a permission annotation to control who can view analysis results in the importer.

• A permission annotation will check user access before showing analysis results in the importer.
• Only the current user and explicitly defined users can view the results.
• Unauthorized users are denied access to the analysis results.
• Access attempts (granted and denied) are logged for transparency.
