SSH JumpHost usage

Please consider adding support for ssh config files or adding JumpHost support (accessing an ssh server over another ssh gateway). For details on how that looks on linux, see https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/SSH_jump_host

This is a cool idea, but I'm afraid I'm not looking to add new features right now. I'm totally open to reviewing and merging PRs for new features though..? 😉

I'll leave this issue open in case others would like it too, and someone puts together a PR for the feature.

IT has been nearly 2 years. Anyone working on this feature? Kinda makes vscodium not usable without remove SSH editing.
