TLV75733 IC: burn down after plug into PC

I used your PCBs file for making real board. After assembling all the components following your list, the board could connect to PC(Showed port on the Device Manager-Win10). However, after few seconds, the TLV75733 IC burn down. Could anyone suggest me the solution?

Was there anything else connected to the 3.3V output of the programmer? The IC should be able to handle 1A and there is some type of current limiter. Are you able to measure the input voltage to the IC? It should be 5V and the resistors R6 and R7 are there to communicate to the USB PD to deliver 5V.

The 3.3V output was not connect to any board or IC. I just plugged it to PC to test voltage by the VOM, first. The input voltage to TLV75733 IC is about 5V.
