Add Toggle option for SET_SELF_CHANNEL_GROUP

You can Toggle a server group, but not a channel group?

I need to be able to turn on and off the ability to have this channel group. It's great I can turn it on but I need to have flexibility to turn it off. Is this an easy update?

Maybe having the option to alternate between 2 channels?
