ChannelMute does nothing #57

Is anyone else having trouble with the ChannelMute functionality? I can select crosstalk -> temp mute channel from the context menu and can individually whitelist clients. However this does nothing. Applying those options has no apparent effect on anything besides showing a message like "CrossTalk:ChannelMuter:whitelisted [temp]." in the info panel. The channel isn't muted and all clients are audible irregardless of whitelisting.
