no_cache / max-age parameter examples

Describe the bug
The introduction page mentiones usage of max_age and no_cache options. Could we please have examples of this functionality? Is this only a config option or can we have a modifier added to the CLI? For example, if I set my car to charge, it would be nice to expire that cache just that once so that I can see the now updated charging state, and not have to wait for 5 minutes for the changes to reflect.

@tillsteinbach it would be also great to know what the actual rate limits are - do you have any information? I would like to have a script that checks periodically my battery level and then plots in in my HA system (and also starts charge based on solar levels)

... and it happened - during dev, I was refreshing relatively frequently, and now I am getting nothing for the car I was querying.

Even when I log in via the website, I get:

{"error":{"code":4294,"message":"MSG quota limit reached"}}

Any ideas where I can find documentation on what the quota actually is?
