Crashing at launch in the new version #836

I just updated STR and Im getting this weird crash at launch, I triple checked and reinstall everything but none worked, Im on skyrim special edition with skse 64 extender installed and all in one address library anniversary edition, literally I made a profile for testing, Im not using any ENB or other mods, is a clean install,
