[Feature request] Add Google OCR support for accurate Vietnamese text recognition

Describe the feature

Currently, PaddleOCR recognizes Vietnamese text with very low accuracy (around 99% of diacritical marks are lost). Would it be possible to add support for Google OCR as an alternative? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

First of all I have to thank timminator, the developer of VideoOCR, for adding Google Lens OCR support to SubtitleEdit.

My language is a difficult one, it's Greek, and PaddleOCR is not parsing specific characters, so the manual fixes needed later take for me more than an hour.
So I tried to use InpaintDelogo to create the subtitle images and used them in SubtitleEdit with timminator's Google Lens OCR.
The results are impressive, the subtitles are so accurate and it takes me now less than 10 minutes to do some manual fixing.

Let's hope when timminator has time, to consider adding Google Lens support to VideoOCR too, like he did to SubtitleEdit..
