Quotations and Ackownledgements when printed mislead the recipient indicating total inclusive of tax but does not enter the tax sum and add to the total

Title is descriptive plus screen capture. We currently manage by adding a note for tax to be added.

That's strange, I have just run it on my system and I do see tax amounts.

Does the tax show correctly on orders and invoices for this customer/item combination?

Hi Tim,
perhaps it is that I need a fresh install the latest code and then update the databse.

Your recent imrpovement to quotations show now the currency, which is very important, but still the tax is not added.

I will try the fresh start cautiously and let you know.

Forgot, taxes show correctly for invoices. The Acknowledgement for orders doesn't.

Hi Enrique, looking at your screenshots I see that on the quotation the tax rate is set to 0% which leads me to suspect the issue is somewhere with your tax set up.

Hi Tim,
I reviewed the Tax setup and it is identical in my system as the Demo setup. Despite this, my Quotations and Alnowledments do not show the tax rate and thus the amount for tax is 0%. I tried it inparallel witha s fresh start amd the result does not vary.

While doing so, I noticed that the latests code has one databse table less. Could you kindly let me know which table should me eliminated when importing the older databses? Simply to get in line with the advancement and see if tehre is any interference in managing long ago commenced databases.

the latter is not a big issue which can be simply bypassed, but if fixed would enhance the power of my version of webERP. Thanks for what can do.

The tax rates are found in an sql query at line 187 of PDFQuotation.php and it is assigned to $SQL4.

Can you try echoing that statement to the screen, and seeing what the SQL looks like?

Hi Enrique, I didn't explain myself very well. What I was after was the result of PHP executing that statement.
If you can put the statement
echo $SQL4;
after the closing } and then run the script, it should output the sql to the browser. Copy and paste that in here.
