Internationalisation should incorporate "Plan comptable général" (and derivative chart of accounts)

,,,After v5 I would like to extend the internationalisation by properly incorporating the "Plan comptable général" - https://www.plancomptable.com/sommaire/sommaire_titres.htm - and it's derivative charts of account. At the moment it's possible to use them, but it's a bit of an ugly kludge to make it work.
