Metadata doesn't always preview punctuation correctly

For example, this apostrophe (') is previewed as ???

Sometimes metadata with additional punctuation works, accent mark or apostrophe works, and sometimes it doesn't. See here one that doesn't work:

The official titel is "Brunet, Rôle de Mr. PÉPIN dans Romainville, Vaudeville grivois" (PÉPIN in capital letters). It is previewed as "Brunet, Rôle de Mr. P??PIN dans Romainville, Vaudeville grivois" in Embedr.

However, in this example, the accent mark is taken up well in the metadata:

The official titel is "'Insignes du Sacré Coeur" which is shown correctly in Embedr.
