Feature request: match UI color with actual GNOME color picker values

Hello again!

Would it be possible to match the notebook's color with the actual color chosen in GNOME's color picker? It seems URL and menu button colors are capped in brightness (note entries have increased opacity, which is a design choice), resulting in URL text looking very dark in dark mode and almost black in light mode.

For example, despite picking the brightest blue color from GNOME's color picker, the UI elements only inherit the blue hue, approximates and darkens all blue UI elements, as seen below:

Unless there is a specific hangup with GNOME HIG I am not aware of, it would be nice for colors to follow the actual color picked, like in the GNOME shell:

Seems like a reasonable plan, but it may not be easy, I don't recall there being any code to mange the link colours.

It's probably manged by Gnome somehow and may need overriding.

I could be wrong, but this could be the issue:

You're using shade(@theme_color, 0.8); for a lot of the values that potentially darkens whatever variable is declared, when it just could be like:

@define-color theme_color #3584E4;

@define-color accent_color @theme_color;
@define-color accent_bg_color @theme_color;
...
@define-color suggest_button_bg_color alpha(@theme_color, 0.28)
...

Since I have trouble compiling Folio in Builder, could you please give it a try to confirm?
