Add List Support

Feature request to do the following:
(1) Add ability to navigate through trakt lists (whether self created or following);
(2) Ability to see what items in a list is part of your local library;
(3) Ability to play an item directly from within Trakt list view (#1 above)

Hard to tell how active this plugin is but these would greatly improve functionality.
