Kodi local ratings don't sync with Trakt

If I rate a movie locally (directly into Kodi, and not through the popup, as that only appears with an internet connection), then run the plugin, it doesn't reflect as rated on Trakt, although it will mark it as watched on Trakt if it's marked as watched on Kodi.

It used to work fine last year, as I stopped using Kodi for a while

Steps to reproduce:

1. Rate video
2. Mark video as watched
3. Sync

I did this for 2 episodes of a show. While the scrobble was synced, the rating wasn't synced as well.

The 2 episodes got synced but not their ratings.
