Currently no way to change the day the calendar starts on

The {{ events:calendar }} currently starts on a Sunday, as is convention in the US. However, there is currently no option to change the start day to a Monday for example, which is the day the majority of the world uses as a start day, and is in line with the ISO 8601 standard.

How would you want it configured? Could use the site's locale and/or a config setting? Or a param on the tag?

I think that a parameter on the tag might be best, there might be use cases where you want it to start on an abnormal day for your locale. Would be more flexible atleast, both would work however.

I can't think of any specific use-cases off the top of my head. I was thinking purely in terms of customization.
