{{ start }} and {{ end }} variables aren't available in entry views

This addon provides a number of variables to use in the views for displaying events.

But some of these, including {{ start }} and {{ end }} aren't added to the entry on augmentation.

They are only available within an events tag, such as {{ upcoming }}.

How to reproduce:

1. Create an event with start and end dates and times
2. in the view for the event, display the start details with {{ start | format('l, jS F Y H:i T') }}
3. The output will be blank, and it can be seen that the start variable is not included in a dump of variables on the page
