pypi version 0.2 is not the latest

Version 0.2 (uploaded on Aug 2014) doesn't have the fix `9029d3a - According to the NACHA spec, Addenda Sequence Number (position 84-87) should always start with '1'`.

That happened to bite me. Please update the version on pypi :)

(Not critical as I can use a git link in my requirements.txt, but that's not going to be obviously required for new users of the library).
