feat: Add filter by Staking

Add a new filter here called Staking which should filter pools of type PoolType.Staking. Add it at the end.

Here's a concise approach of how I intend to implement the Staking filter:

1. Add a new enum value STAKING to the existing filter types.
2. Implement a method to filter pools by type, including the new STAKING option.
3. Update the UI to display a "Staking" tab or option alongside other filters, populating it with relevant staking pool data when selected.
