Description
When a user is first signed into open99, they will undergo a screening process. Users will be able to log in to save their files and settings to the cloud.

mode (in no particular order):
- Sudo mode: aka developer mode. Many developer settings are present, the console/terminal has js support, things are logged to the console, etc.
- Normal mode: For non-devs. Console is pretty darn obsolete, code editor is not present (only textpad), package manager is renamed to app store, sources are fetched from the 'featured' section, (no unofficial package repos) etc.

perhaps users should receive the signup link before inputting all of this information. hmm.
