Unify relevant crates into new pallas-ledger #622
Description
In Pallas v0, the partitioning of concerns into different crates is excessive. We can unify several concerns into crates without losing flexibility while simplifying maintenance / accessibility.
One of those aggregating crates will be pallas-ledger. This crate will have the following structure:
- pallas_ledger
- addresses
- primitives
- traverse
- validate
