Dry Matter

Need to change the auto selection for dry matter, and update the validation.
Need DB change to indicate DM tests
If any DM test is selected, one of these must be picked:

If either of those 2 are picked, they have to select a DM test

If the choose #3 , they have to have a DM test
If they choose #2, a DM test is optional
if they choose #1, they can't have a DM test.
