Add some details to Cybersource Bank Reconcile job

1. Also show what date was run for (8th I think). Not huge because we can see the TXN dates in the table.
2. If we can show the team slug in the table without breaking where this partial is used elsewhere. Again, not critical as you can hover over the rows to see the link with the slug.
