User-Agent needed from January 2026

Starting in January 2026, Canvas requires the User-Agent header on API requests. Looking quickly, I couldn't find any indication of this being set with canvasapi. But I guess we should set a default and add a way to set a custom one easily.

We don't set one on our end, but all HTTP requests in canvasapi are done via the python requests library, which sets its own User-Agent header. I'll introduce a PR with a basic User-Agent just to be sure, but it shouldn't be a problem, even on older versions.
