The Registry1 flavor uses a non-Registry1 image

@RothAndrew When we created this there wasn't a spilo image available in registry1. I see a repo in repo1 now https://repo1.dso.mil/dsop/afdco/zalando/spilo, but there still does not appear to be an image in the registry.

We kept the registry1 flavor as it was almost all registry1. I thought we had this limitation (that particular required image not being available in ironbank) noted in the docs or at least the zarf.yaml somewhere, but i dont see it, so it must have gotten removed somewhere along the way.

Anyways... It seems like this should be able to be fixed soon once this is resolved.
