Migrate to rpi-image-gen 2.0 #15
Description
We knew that rpi-image-gen was under heavy development and so it looks like in September they released a 2.0 RC which has many backwards incompatible changes. On the plus side the configuration seems to have become simpler and more robust, and the documentation has improved. There's a bunch of notes in both the change log and the new documentation so it may be worth starting fresh on our configs and build scripts.
