Why "rfcs-actions" action is archived and what is it use in this repo? #7
Description
So, i was checking the code and trying to fix the workflows i managed to fix the readme.yml workflow and its works. Then i take a look at the rfcs.yml workflow and find out that that the action it's using is archived and haven't been updated since 2021, so i want to know can we make a new action or just unarchive that repo and update it?
