Breaks css reload in vencord

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I recently installed sheltupdate for convenient switching between client mods while working on a theme. I realized that Vencord was no longer able to reload css when shelter is present (although loading a theme from a file works, no updates to the theme are registered. I'd have to manually enable and disable the theme for the updates to happen.) Vencord's QuickCSS is also broken.

This would be fine if shelter had an equivalent to loading a theme from a local file while watching for updates, but the two plugins i found, snazzy and tarp did not seem to have this functionality. I could load a local theme by abusing vencord:// but that won't register an update either.

Tested without any shelter plugins enabled

Could not test on BetterDiscord as sheltupdate currently fails to inject it

this is of course not a fix but you can achieve hot reload with shelter for theme development purposes by creating a plugin that just imports a CSS file and using lune dev with that.

will have to investigate the vencord issue though, that's unexpected for sure!

I can confirm that local theme reloading works fine in moonlight and bd

Just looked into this and the reason that it won't hot reload is (once again) that we don't run Vencord's patcher.ts
This is the part where it starts watching the quick css file:

I don't quite remember what the reason was that we don't run the patcher.ts but iirc it came down to either having to build Vencord ourselves or to doing some plaintext patches on their build which wouldn't be reliable because they minify their builds.

Alternatively we could reimplement patcher.ts or just the bit that is responsible for watching the .css files, it's just this function:

I don't really feel like doing this myself because I don't even use Vencord but if anyone wants to do this I'd happily merge it :)
